What is your typical process for working with a new customer? 

After a request is processed, our technicians perform a free diagnosis on the device needing repairs. The technician will discuss all of the options with the customer and they will decide which is best for them. If hardware is needed, we will purchase it and install/repair the device in order to satisfy the customer’s needs!

What education and/or training do your technicians have?

Our technicians have all of the necessary certifications and superb training to handle your device. Education and experience are key to a successful repair and we ensure that every tech possesses both.

What type of customers do you handle?

We service any home or business in the Central Florida region. We have experience working with medical and law offices as well as attending to our local customers.
